Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Spokane, WA)

Highbridge Lantern Community Partners is a nonprofit in Spokane supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on volunteer shifts for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
