Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Seattle, WA)

Bright Ridge Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Seattle area. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 196 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Prepare reports on student accounts for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
