Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Lumen Basin Civic Services Group and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 134 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on constituent requests for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • Grant reporting experience.
