Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Birch Care Services Group and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on caregiver training for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
