Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (San Diego, CA)

Ironwood Lantern Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around San Diego, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 151 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Prepare reports on enrolment for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
