Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Salt Lake City, UT)

Nova Oak Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Salt Lake City. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on case files for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with case files. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
