Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Rochester, NY)

Westbrook Lakeside Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around Rochester design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on service alerts for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
