Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Richmond, VA)

Summit Fox Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Richmond. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would join a large organisation of about 887 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on classroom supplies for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
