Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Ironwood Haven Learning Group is an education provider in Seattle serving students and families, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on learning materials for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
