Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Northwind Loom Property Management looks after rental homes across the Tucson area. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on maintenance requests for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
