Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Nova Amber Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Spokane, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Prepare reports on licensing records for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
