Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Silverline North Property Management looks after rental homes across the Tucson area, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on resident events for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
