Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Stonegate Meadow Early Learning Group operates neighbourhood childcare around Cincinnati. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Prepare reports on meal programmes for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
