Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Nova Loom Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Tulsa, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on enrolment for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
