Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Bluepeak Thistle Early Learning is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on partner relations for classroom supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 568 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on classroom supplies for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
