Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Redstone Thistle Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Grand Rapids, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would join a large organisation of about 341 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on classroom supplies for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
