Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Lumen Thistle Learning Group is an education provider in Memphis serving students and families. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
