Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Ironwood Lantern Early Learning runs childcare centres in Orlando caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on tuition and subsidies for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
