Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Pike Early Learning Partners and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on meal programmes for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
