Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Bluepeak Sparrow Care Services provides in-home and community support in Orlando, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
