Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Harborlight Mill Arts Center Group is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on partner relations for school partnerships, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 548 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare reports on school partnerships for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with school partnerships. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
