Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Bright Fox Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Rochester area. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would join a large organisation of about 878 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
