Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Rivermark Quill Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Cleveland working with agencies and riders, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 131 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on fare systems for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
