Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Redstone Fern Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Indianapolis. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on survey data for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
