Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Cedar Thistle Early Learning runs childcare centres in Savannah caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on tuition and subsidies for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
