Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Ironwood Maple Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across San Diego, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on waiting lists for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
