Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Nova Lantern Early Learning Group runs childcare centres in Boise caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on tuition and subsidies for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
