Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Rivermark Ridge Property Management Group is a Detroit property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would join a large organisation of about 448 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on vendor invoices for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
