Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Lumen Haven Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Philadelphia, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 164 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on tuition and subsidies for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
