Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Bluepeak Lakeside Transit Planning Partners is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on partner relations for route schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on route schedules for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
