Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Harborlight Quarry Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Toledo working with agencies and riders, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 159 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare reports on accessibility audits for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
