Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Stonegate Timber Early Learning runs childcare centres in Providence caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
