Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Bright Keystone Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around San Jose, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on route schedules for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
