Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (remote)

Ironwood Timber Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Tucson area. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. Families are partners. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on attendance records for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
