Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Providence, RI)

Harborlight Meridian Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Providence, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on event logistics for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
