Clearpath Lakeside Transit Planning Group is a transit-planning firm in Pittsburgh working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on fare systems for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
