Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Phoenix, AZ)

Lumen Timber Property Management is a Phoenix property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 97 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on unit turnovers for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
