Lumen Birch Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Philadelphia working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on route schedules for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • Grant reporting experience.
