Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Philadelphia, PA)

Rivermark Granite Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Philadelphia. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on learning materials for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
