Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Orlando, FL)

Redstone Beacon Community Partners is a nonprofit in Orlando supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Prepare reports on donor records for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
