Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Oklahoma City, OK)

Northwind Ember Early Learning runs childcare centres in Oklahoma City caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on licensing records for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
