Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Oklahoma City, OK)

Summit Sparrow Care Services provides in-home and community support in Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on caregiver training for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
