Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Oklahoma City, OK)

Clearpath Bright Community Partners Group is a nonprofit in Oklahoma City supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on donor records for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
