Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Nashville, TN)

Cedar Vista Learning Group is an education provider in Nashville serving students and families. We are hiring a Senior Programme Coordinator to take on partner relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on attendance records for funders. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
