Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Ember Housing and adding a Senior Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be partner relations. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on resident services for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
