Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Memphis, TN)

Westbrook Ventures runs a venue and education programmes in Memphis, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would join a large organisation of about 330 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on school partnerships for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with school partnerships.
