Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Memphis, TN)

Cedar Sparrow Arts Center Group is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on partner relations for school partnerships, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Prepare reports on school partnerships for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with school partnerships. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
