Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Memphis, TN)

Rivermark Beacon Community Partners Group is a Memphis charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on client intake for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
