Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Memphis, TN)

Harborlight Basin Care Services provides in-home and community support in Memphis, and we need a Senior Programme Coordinator to lead our partner relations. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on client records for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
