Senior Programme Coordinator - partner relations (Memphis, TN)

Harborlight Basin Care Services is looking for a Senior Programme Coordinator. The job centres on partner relations for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 132 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on caregiver training for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
